Enjoy Some You-Time

The Ore House Inn is a 130 year old building in downtown New Castle! Built in 1892 our building has been in constant use on the first floor since its inception. It has been home to everything from general stores to gas stations and pool halls to restaurants. Upstairs used to be a boarding house and is rumored to have been a brothel. In mid 2017 we decided to transition from apartments back to a hotel/boarding house. Our hallways characterize New Castle’s mining history. We are close to skiing, hot springs, Rifle Mountain Park and the Flat Tops Wilderness.
